We are looking for a Shipping Clerk / Administrator for a manufacturing company in the Mississauga area. The ideal candidates has 2+ years of experience, and has experience with Syspro software.

Pay rate: $22/hour plus 4% vacation pay $22.80/hour

Job Responsibilities:
Process BOLs, packing slips and document in computer
Keep secure records of ingoing and outgoing inventory
Pack and unpack materials
Maintain quality control of goods by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
Schedule shipments
Prepare and/or sign off on shipping documents (i.e.: bills of lading, invoices, etc.)
Report any damaged stock or equipment to superiors
Ensure warehouse workers safely dispose of leftover packing materials or hazardous waste




Ensure goods are packed, labeled and stored properly
Communicate with customers on status of orders
Monthly inventory
Other duties are assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years Shipping Clerk experience
Previous warehouse experience and knowledge in Sage500 and SYSPRO software
Must have reliable transportation.
