Duties
Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power tools to achieve specified textures and levels.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise placement and finishing.
Install rebar and formwork according to project plans, ensuring structural integrity before pouring concrete.
Operate heavy equipment such as mixers, screeds, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
Perform masonry tasks, including caulking, restoration work, and flooring installation to enhance project quality.
Use carpentry skills for constructing forms, scaffolding, or other structures needed during the finishing process.




Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor required for material handling while maintaining safety standards.

Experience
Proven construction experience with a focus on concrete finishing or related trades such as masonry or carpentry.
Mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment operation, and schematics reading essential for effective workflow.
Skilled in concrete forming, rebar installation, welding, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics to accurately execute project specifications.
Experience with renovation projects or restoration work is a plus, demonstrating versatility in construction environments.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in physically demanding conditions.
Knowledge of flooring installation techniques and caulking for finishing touches on concrete surfaces.
