Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retaining Wall Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable and aesthetically pleasing retaining walls that enhance landscape stability and design. Your expertise will contribute to creating protected, functional, and visually appealing outdoor spaces. Duties
Read and follow instructions from foreman to ensure schematics, and construction project requirements and specifications.
Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and ensuring all necessary tools and materials are on hand.
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to excavate( if previous history)level, and construct retaining walls with precision and by hand.
Mix and apply mortar or caulking as needed to secure blocks or stones in place, ensuring structural integrity.
Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers or mini-excavators to move materials efficiently around the site.( with training)




Conduct restoration and renovation tasks by repairing or rebuilding existing retaining walls as required.
Follow safety protocols diligently while working by arriving prepared with approved foot wear and construction materials to prevent accidents.

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction, masonry, or related fields with a strong understanding of building techniques.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
A drivers license, own vehicle or ability to take transportation.
Knowledge of renovation and restoration processes for existing structures.
Experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators or loaders is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
