We are currently seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators to join a growing manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
Ensure parts meet quality and production standards
Troubleshoot machining issues and perform routine machine maintenance
Maintain a clean and protected work setting

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of CNC Lathe operating experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with Fanuc controls and CNC machining processes
Proficiency with calipers, micrometers,



and other measuring instruments
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Assets:
CNC setup and programming experience
CAD/CAM or SolidWorks knowledge
Forklift experience
Manufacturing and machining background

Work Authorization:
Candidates must be Permanent Residents or Canadian Citizens

Schedule:
Full-Time

Compensation:
Based on experience
