We are seeking a Guest Service Associate to join our team at our luxury boutique hotel. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, attentive to detail, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide personalized check-in/check-out service
Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and care
Assist with reservations, payments, and guest accounts
Provide recommendations and local information
Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
Maintain a polished and welcoming front desk setting
Qualifications
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
