As a member of our team you will exemplify those values while providing top notch product knowledge and customer service to customers in the showroom in addition to in home advice throughout the GTA. The incumbent will be customer focused, have drive, enthusiasm, exceptional presentation, and organizational skills as well as the ability to work on your own while remaining part of a successful team.

Competencies / Skills and Experience.
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
Ability to work individually and as a team with minimum supervision
Experience with reading construction blueprints an asset
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure




Solid presentation skills with a keen eye for detail
Intermediate to advanced computer skills (MS Office, and other routine software)
Skilled and Courteous telephone manner.
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
Effective problem solver with a results oriented approach.
Self-starters who complete both assigned and unassigned tasks whether supervised or unsupervised.

Qualifications:
Customer service experience demonstrating products and services
Willingness to learn and a passion for the window and door industry
Valid driver’s license and full time access to a reliable vehicle
Second language is an asset
Experience in the window and door industry is an asset.
Experience in social media applications is an asset.
