What You Will Do
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
Support clients with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, claims guidance, and general service requests
Provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
Assist with administrative tasks related to insurance policies and client accounts
Support the agent with marketing initiatives and team goals
What We Are Looking For
Positive, compassionate, and accountable team player
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
Comfortable using basic Microsoft Office tools
OTL license required before starting the role
Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is required
Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help clients

Base salary of $50,000
