We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service workplace. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, cashiering, and restaurant operations while working in a team-oriented team setting.

Duties
Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and safety guidelines
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas
Assist with food safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
Support team members in various restaurant functions as needed

Duties include but are not limited to:
Chopping Vegetables




Stocking and Replenishing Cold Tables
Stocking and Replenishing Hot Tables
Refilling and Making Sauces
Using the fryer to prepare menu items
Putting away stock from deliveries
Cleaning (FOH, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Equipment etc.)

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred, including restaurant experience, serving, or cashiering roles (QSR)
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and order processing
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are desirable but not mandatory
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
