Are you organized, reliable, and good with people? Do you enjoy an engaging and quick-paced work environment? We’re looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is a mix of office support, customer service,, and day-to-day studio operations.

Primary Locations
Surrey City Centre and Coquitlam (close to Coquitlam Centre)
We require full time availability for both locations

About Us

We’re a busy photography studio specializing in passport and ID photos, headshots, photo printing, and personalized photo gifts (no experience needed, we provide all training). Our environment is fast-paced, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.

What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Answer customer questions and provide friendly service
Help with daily administrative tasks and record keeping
Process customer orders, sales, and payments
Assist with passport/ID photos and photo printing
Use basic computer software and learn Adobe Photoshop
Keep the studio clean, organized, and running smoothly
Occasionally cover shifts at another Calgary location when needed

Professional, friendly, and positive
Available full-time, including weekends
Previous admin, customer service, retail, or sales experience is an asset

Schedule & Availability
Full time position: 30–40 hours per week
Open availability required, including weekdays and weekends
Primary location is Coquitlam and Surrey
