We, a busy store fixture manufacturing company in Mississauga, is looking for an experienced Powder Painter to join their production team. This is a full time opportunity for a dependable individual who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate powder coating spray equipment safely and efficiently.
Set up and adjust air pressure and powder flow on spray guns for optimal application.
Apply powder coating to parts on a moving conveyor paint line.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Previous powder coating or powder painting experience is required.
Ability to consistently produce a high-quality finish.
Experience adjusting paint gun settings and pressure controls.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced production environment with a moving conveyor system.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Safety Requirements
Safety shoes and a protective mask are required.
Safety glasses and coveralls will be provided by the employer.
Candidates must supply their own safety shoes and mask.
