Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Daytime Guest Experience Manager to oversee and enhance the guest experience during daytime hours. This role involves ensuring guests receive exceptional service, managing daily operations, and creating a welcoming setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences for all visitors.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized service to enhance satisfaction
Oversee daily operations, including coordinating staff schedules and ensuring adherence to service standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and maintaining financial records
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the guest areas to uphold high standards of presentation




Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any guest needs or concerns
Assist in planning and executing special events or activities aimed at enriching the guest experience

Skills
Strong background in hospitality, customer service, and guest relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
