The Miner’s Daughter is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Host/Busser to join our team.

As one of the first people our guests meet, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while helping keep the dining room clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:
Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome
Seat guests and manage the flow of the dining room
Answer the phone and assist with customer questions
Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly
Keep the entrance, dining room, and host area clean and organized
Refill waters and assist servers when needed
Bring dishes and glassware to the appropriate areas
Help maintain clean menus, tables, chairs, and highchairs
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to help service run smoothly
Assist with takeout orders when required
Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties




Jump in and help wherever needed during busy periods

What we’re looking for:
Friendly and comfortable dealing with the public
Reliable and punctual
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Robust communication and teamwork skills
Able to stay organized when the restaurant gets busy
Willing to take initiative and stay productive during slower periods
Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Restaurant experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person with a outstanding attitude and robust work ethic.
