West Tower Bakery is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our production team in Gambo in a full-time role. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active and being part of a team that takes pride in getting quality products out the door, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with large-scale baking and food production
Portion, package, label, and prepare products for wholesale orders
Pick and organize orders for delivery
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-secure work area
Follow recipes, production schedules, and safety procedures
Support bakers and production staff as needed

Qualifications
Ability to work evening shifts (start times may be as early as 2:30 pm)
Physically able to stand for long periods and ability to participate in two-person lifts of up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working for in a warm production setting while maintaining safety, productivity and quality standards




Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Previous bakery, food production, or warehouse experience is an asset, but not required
