Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly as they enter the shop and assist them with their inquiries
Assist customers with merchandise selection, upselling relevant products to maximize sales opportunities
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and receipts
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote featured products
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls appropriately
Keep track of inventory levels,



restock shelves as needed, and support basic merchandising tasks
Support team members with time management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and transparent articulation
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work effectively within a team while demonstrating valuable time management practices
Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail sales techniques is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
