We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper/Labourer to join our agile outdoor team. In this role, you will be creating and maintaining beautiful, functional landscapes that enhance the environment and meet client expectations.
Your hands-on skills will contribute to a variety of landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality results and productive project completion. Duties
Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, laying patio stones, natural stone, installing water features and sod
Possibly operating and maintain equipment such as excavators, power tools, hand tools
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work sites to ensure safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards and environmental guidelines
Skills
-Drivers license
Experience operating machinery such as excavators, skidsteers is an asset
Mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance and repair of tools and equipment is an asset
Proficiency with hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (drills, saws) for various landscaping tasks
Construction experience is a plus for supporting site development activities
Ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently or as part of a team
Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
