Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Machine Shop Foreman to lead our production team. You will oversee daily floor operations, schedule fabrication jobs, and ensure all parts meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to shop safety.

Candidate must have a MINIMUM 15 years hands on experience and 5 years in a leadership role.

Experience in scheduling, working with ERP systems a must.
Supervise staff: Direct machine operators, fabricators, and apprentices.
Manage workflow: Assign daily tasks and track production schedules.
Ensure safety: Enforce shop safety rules and equipment protocols.
Control quality: Inspect finished metal parts for accuracy against blueprints.
Technical knowledge:



Deep understanding of sheet metal forming, cutting, and welding.
Blueprint reading: Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics.
Leadership: Solid communication and team-management skills.
Problem-solving: Quick resolution of machinery breakdowns or production delays.
Machine Maintenance: Monitor equipment performance and coordinate repairs for lasers, brakes, punching machines, milling machines, etc.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
