Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth check-in and check-out processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse guest population.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression of the hotel
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using multi-line phone systems
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Assist guests with concierge services, including providing local information and amenities
Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction




Uphold hotel policies and ensure compliance with safety standards
Manage guest complaints or issues with patience and effective problem-solving skills
Time flexibility needed for all shifts.

Experience
Previous experience in front desk operations within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred
Solid customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk software is advantageous
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to speak multiple languages or bilingual fluency is a plus
Experience working in a fast-paced workplace with multitasking capabilities
Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service best practices

Pay: $17.60-$18.43 per hour
