Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment
Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas by sanitizing surfaces and restocking supplies as needed
Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
Use appropriate cleaning tools and products efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the relevant department promptly
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality standards are met




Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans to uphold the highest levels of hygiene and presentation

Qualifications
Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness and quality
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy setting
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods
