Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the integrity of the company's financial information and ensuring accurate accounting practices while supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Sage accounting software
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections and ensure accurate posting of payments
Perform account reconciliations for bank accounts, credit card statements and intercompany transactions.
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting requirements
Manage full-cycle accounting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and expense accounts
Support the preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations and internal controls




Prepare and submit tax filings and support regulatory compliance
Supervise, review, and mentor junior accounting staff as needed
Collaborate with auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations

Experience
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
You have 4–7+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience
You have Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
You have Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
You have the Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay: $70,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
