Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic (310s and 310t) to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation. This role requires solid mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency with hand and power tools. The Mechanic will play a vital part in minimizing downtime and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
Diagnose mechanical issues accurately and efficiently
Repair or replace faulty components using appropriate tools and techniques
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical problems to identify root causes
Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks
Requirements
Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role
Solid mechanical knowledge of various machinery and systems
Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
Experience using power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks
Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks as needed
Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus but not required

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
