Conditions of Employment:
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Must possess and maintain a valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's licence.
Must be able to work under adverse weather conditions when protected, but necessary.
Must be physically capable of performing all of the required job duties, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., walking on rough terrain, sitting and standing for prolonged periods, climbing stairs and ladders, crouching, kneeling, bending, twisting, operating vehicles and wearing personal protective equipment).
Must be capable of working at heights of up to 30 feet.

Prior window cleaning experience.
Prior pressure washing or soft washing experience.

Duties:
The successful applicant will be responsible for tasks include setting up equipment, packing up equipment, and the safe, effective and timely execution of providing a first-class cleaning service to our customers. Duties include window cleaning with traditional window cleaning tools and water-fed pole, eavestrough cleaning, pressure washing and soft washing using industry standard chemicals, and other duties as required.
