We are actively recruiting for a Personal Support Worker to assist a male private employer with all activities of daily living.

The employer enjoys watching movies, listening to music and eating in.

Start Date: Immediately

Location:
Maple Ridge, BC (Near Ridge Meadows Hospital)
Preference to candidates who live within a 20 minute commute of this location.

Shifts and Hours:
Saturdays
10:00pm - 2:00am
Option to be on call/casual for other shifts

Shifts starting in/or before September, 2026:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
4:30am - 7:00am
Some flexibility, shift time could end at 6:30am

Compensation
$26.00 per hour

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Personal hygiene such as shaving, oral care, dressing, hair brushing, peri-care and assisted feeding
Use of a wheelchair to transport the employer to the bathroom
Meal preparation
Medication administration (Must be comfortable injecting insulin and eye drops)




Assist with manual transfers
Light housekeeping

Qualifications:
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 is preferred
Comfortable using a manual or eclectic wheelchair
Must be able to follow directions
Must be within 20 minutes of Maple Ridge, Tri-Cities and Langley.

Pay: $26.00 per hour
