Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a general labor/spray tech. On site training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying coatings and treatments using various spray equipment, ensuring high-quality results in a safe and efficient manner. This role offers an excellent chance for individuals with a background in hand tools, machinery, or power tools to contribute their expertise in a dynamic environment. The Spray Tech will play a vital role in maintaining product standards and supporting the overall operations of our facility.

Duties
Operate spray equipment to apply coatings and treatments accurately according to specifications
Prepare surfaces and materials prior to spraying, including cleaning as needed
Conduct inspections of finished work to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain and troubleshoot spray equipment, including cleaning, and minor repairs
Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations during all spraying activities




Assist with inventory management of supplies and materials used in spraying processes
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Experience
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, machinery, or similar equipment is preferred
Familiarity with spray technology, coating applications, or related fields is beneficial, but not necessary.
A willingness to learn and adapt to a fast paced setting
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly
Previous experience in industrial or agricultural settings is beneficial
Must posses a valid class G license
