Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to ensure a safe and inviting workplace
Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure product availability for customers
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately during transactions and handle cash or card payments responsibly
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and support store operations
Assist in inventory management by receiving shipments and updating stock records
Follow safety protocols diligently to uphold a secure workplace for all staff and visitors
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required
