Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Chop, mix, prep ingredients, and cook dishes (grilling, frying, sautéing) per recipes and standards.
Station Management: Set up and stock the assigned station (pantry, grill, etc.) with food and supplies.
Quality & Presentation: Ensure dishes meet quality, taste, and plating specifications.
Timeliness: Cook and assemble orders efficiently to meet service times.
Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean workstation, follow health codes, and store food properly.
Inventory: Monitor stock, restock items during shifts, and help with prep lists

Communicate and work with other team members effectively and respectfully

What You Bring to Our Team
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
Physical stamina (standing long periods, lifting).

Requirements

1+ year experience as a line cook or prep cook

Ability to work clean, rapid and organized

Strong communication and teamwork

Positive attitude- no ego or drama

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
