A a growing family-owned manufacturing and distribution company looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join their team.
This is more than a typical warehouse role. You'll play a key part in keeping their operations running smoothly while enjoying a variety of responsibilities and the prospect to grow with our company.
Pay: $23.00-$27.00/hour
Responsibilities
Shipping and receiving
Warehouse organization and inventory control
Cycle counts and inventory accuracy
Loading and unloading materials
Forklift operation (training provided if needed)
Supporting production with materials
Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments
Occasional rush deliveries and backup driver coverage
Maintaining a clean, secure, and organized warehouse
What We're Looking For
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with physical work and changing priorities
Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence (or higher) with a clean driver's abstract
Forklift experience is an asset but not required—we'll train the right person
