Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and other building infrastructure as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and storage spaces.
Assist with setup and teardown for events or special activities within the facility.
Document maintenance activities, repairs performed, and safety checks accurately in logs or digital systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently.




Follow safety protocols and ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements
Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field; previous experience with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems is preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and perform repairs with minimal supervision.
Strong physical stamina to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to track maintenance tasks accurately.
Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues clearly.
Valid driver’s license may be required depending on the scope of work.
Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety standards.
