Responsibilities
Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system, and handle cash or card transactions efficiently with Micros POS or similar systems.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly sanitizing workstations, utensils, and food contact surfaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly while upholding high service standards.




Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times.
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.

Experience
Prior experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling tools is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key.
