As a Resort Front Desk Associate, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests and play an important role in delivering a welcoming and seamless resort experience. You will assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, answer inquiries, manage reservations, and provide helpful information to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The ideal candidate is skilled, approachable, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first impression of the resort
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
Handle room reservations, modifications, cancellations, and booking inquiries
Answer guest questions regarding resort amenities, services, dining, activities, and local attractions
Respond to guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally
Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate billing records
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Answer phone calls, emails, and general front desk inquiries




Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems as required
Ensure the front desk and lobby area remain organized and welcoming at all times
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards

Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, customer service, or front desk operations is considered an asset
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service mindset with a positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking effectively
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or hotel management systems is an asset
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Professional appearance and a welcoming personality
