Duties
Clean residential homes
Maintain office & equipment
Train recent team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
Address any issues or complaints related to cleaning services promptly and professionally
Quality check cleans according to company standards
Skills
Proven cleaning experience with a strong understanding of residential cleaning practices
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
