Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly in Mandarin, establishing a positive first impression and building rapport.
Handle daily banking transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, and account inquiries.
Provide knowledgeable assistance on banking products and services, identifying opportunities for upselling to meet customer needs.
Manage cash management and cashiering duties efficiently while ensuring compliance with security procedures.
Assist customers with account opening, closing, and maintenance processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.




Resolve customer questions or concerns promptly by offering clear explanations and solutions, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support sales initiatives by promoting relevant financial products and services tailored to customer preferences.

Requirements
Fluency in Mandarin is essential; strong communication skills in English are also required.
Proven experience in customer service or sales within the financial services industry is preferred.
Familiarity with cash handling, cash management, and cashiering procedures is highly desirable.
Robust math skills to accurately process transactions and balance cash drawers.
Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse clients.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
