Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a lively, professional manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change and balancing cash drawers at shift end
Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products and displays effectively
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring customer satisfaction
Demonstrate robust communication skills, including phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online channels

Qualifications
Previous cashiering experience is preferred.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs. Arabic is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and courteously
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
