We are seeking a motivated Labourer to join our energetic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various phases of construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at every step. Your hands-on and proactive approach will help drive projects forward, from foundational work to finishing touches. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and develop your skills in a quick-paced environment dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently across multiple tasks
Prepare construction sites by performing demolition, clearing debris, and setting up necessary materials and equipment
Assist with site safety protocols including hazard identification and maintaining a clean work workplace
Experience
Construction experience an asset but not necessary
Ability to demonstrate good work ethic and a desire to learn
Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools an asset
Experience with sewers and water an asset but not necessary
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in diverse project environments
