Position Summary

We are looking for a Baker/Pastry Team Member to join our kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who truly enjoys baking, is eager to grow, and thrives in a positive team environment.

At Mezzaluna, attitude and work ethic matter just as much as technical skill. We’re happy to train the right person — what we value most is enthusiasm, reliability, kindness, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced kitchen.

You’ll be joining a close-knit team that supports each other, takes pride in our work, and believes the kitchen should be both professional and respectful.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and baking breads, croissants, viennoiseries, pastries, and specialty items
Support all stages of production including mixing, shaping, laminating, proofing, baking, and finishing
Follow recipes and production methods to ensure consistency and quality




Help maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen setting
Work collaboratively with the team to keep production running smoothly
Contribute ideas and creativity as you grow in the role
Communicate clearly with team members and management

Schedule
Full-time or part-time positions available
Must be available for early mornings, weekends, and busy seasons

Compensation
Starting at $20.00–$23.00/hour (based on overall fit, attitude, and experience)
