Responsibilities
Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules
Use hand tools and power tools for various tasks such as fencing, repairs, and equipment adjustments
Conduct general maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and efficiency of farm operations
Support with heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or harvested produce as needed
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment
Follow safety procedures
