What You’ll Do
Execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail
Maintain speed and efficiency during peak service
Prep and organize stations before and during service
Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team
Support overall kitchen flow and teamwork

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year line cook experience (preferred)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Team first mindset with strong communication
Attention to detail and pride in quality food
Availability for the full season
Availability for daytime shifts (5 days/week, approx. 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
