Product Expertise





Acquire an in-depth understanding of our paint product lines to support the sales team and provide outstanding customer service. Work closely with the marketing and production departments to align sales strategies with the company’s overall goals.

Performance Tracking

Analyze sales results, adjust strategies as needed, and prepare performance reports for management.

Qualifications - Degree in sales, management, or a related field - Significant experience in sales team management—ideally in the paint industry or a related sector - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills (bilingualism required) - Ability to work strategically while managing day-to-day sales operations - Geographic mobility to oversee activities in various markets - Strong knowledge of sales techniques and business development strategies
