Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in insulation installation and possess a robust understanding of building materials and construction techniques. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency in using hand tools. The Insulator will be responsible for ensuring that insulation is installed correctly to enhance energy efficiency and comfort in residential and commercial buildings.

Duties
Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, and floors according to specifications and building codes.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine insulation requirements for various projects.
Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, fitting, and securing insulation materials.
Apply caulking as needed to seal gaps and improve insulation performance.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.




Conduct quality checks on installed insulation to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications
Proven experience in insulation installation or related construction work is preferred.
Familiarity with drywall installation techniques is a plus.
Strong skills in blueprint reading and interpretation.
Proficient in the use of hand tools commonly used in the construction industry.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as required by the job.

Pay: $20.00-$33.00 per hour
