Canada Cartage is looking for an experienced Truck & Trailer Technician to join our maintenance team. We’re seeking a technician with 6+ years of relevant experience. Journeyperson/Red Seal certification is an asset, but experienced unlicensed technicians may also be considered.

What You’ll Do
Perform preventive maintenance inspections, repairs, and diagnostics.
Troubleshoot and repair truck and trailer equipment.
Complete repairs efficiently and to industry standards.
Maintain safe, clean,
and organized work areas.
Communicate equipment issues and repair recommendations to management.
Support and provide guidance to apprentices and other technicians.
Stay current with new technology and repair practices.
What You’ll Bring
6+ years of relevant truck, trailer, fleet, or heavy-duty equipment experience.
Journeyperson/Red Seal certification is an asset.
Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
CVIP and On-Road/Off-Road experience are assets.
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experienced unlicensed technicians may be considered with 6 years of applicable experience within the last 10 years, including 10,800 hours and 70% of the trade scope.
