Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing the framework of buildings and structures, ensuring precision and safety throughout the process. This role requires a solid understanding of blueprint reading, carpentry, and various construction techniques.

Duties
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct building frameworks
Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood framing components using hand tools and power tools
Ensure all framing work meets safety standards and building codes
Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and maintain a clean work environment
Conduct quality checks throughout the project to ensure structural integrity and adherence to design specifications





Skills
Basic knowledge of carpentry, woodworking
Basic knowledge of blueprints reading
Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, nail gun.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Positive communication skills to work effectively within a team workplace
Physical stamina to handle demanding work conditions over extended periods

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about construction craftsmanship who are eager to contribute to building projects while enhancing their skills in various aspects of framing and structural work

Pay: $18.00 per hour
