Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and interactive program curriculum to participants
Create lesson plans and instructional materials that align with program objectives
Facilitate group activities, discussions, and exercises to enhance learning experience
Provide guidance and support to participants in achieving program goals
Monitor participant progress and provide feedback on performance
Collaborate with program team to evaluate and improve program effectiveness
Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, progress, and outcomes
Requirements:
Registered Massage Therapist
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners
Knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices
Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
Registered Massage Therapist - minimum of 2 years experience
