About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Internal Recruiter to join our team and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding hiring requirements, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring positions are filled efficiently. The role will involve recruitment for various departments including Sales, HR, Recruitment, Accounts, Administration, Operations, and other corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job requirement to candidate onboarding.
Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, qualifications, and job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls and interviews.




Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification where required.
Prepare and coordinate offer letters and required hiring documentation.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in internal recruitment, agency recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
Robust understanding of recruitment and candidate screening processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable working with job portals, LinkedIn, MS Office/Google Workspace, and recruitment systems.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
