The Warranty Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing both warranty-related work and regular site operations on assigned projects. This role ensures quality workmanship, timely completion, and strong communication with clients, builders, and internal teams across.
Key Responsibilities
Warranty Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all warranty and deficiency-related work
Inspect reported issues and determine required repairs
Schedule and supervise crews and sub-trades for warranty work
Communicate with clients and builders regarding warranty issues and timelines
Conduct follow-up inspections to confirm completion and satisfaction
Site Superintendent Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities for drywall
Coordinate and manage crews, subcontractors, and deliveries
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and company standards
Maintain site safety and enforce all safety policies and procedures
Monitor project schedules and report progress or issues to management
Conduct site inspections and address deficiencies promptly
Communicate with builders, inspectors, and other trades as needed
Keep job sites clean, organized, and qualified
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in the drywall industry
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of drywall and insulation
Experience managing clients and sub-trades on residential and/or commercial projects
Valid driver’s license and ability to provide a current driver’s abstract
