LSW Wear Parts Ltd., a family-owned company established in 1993, full-service process solutions provider, delivering end-to-end support across aggregate and mining operations. We are seeking a motivated, well-spoken Inside Product Support Representative/ branch Supervisor to join our sales team for our new Deer Lake NFLD location.

Position: Inside Product Support Representative/ Branch Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with customers and outside sales staff
Communicate with customers to understand needs and identify sales opportunities
Follow up on leads and qualify current prospects
Answer customer inquiries and provide product information via phone and email
Demonstrate product features and recommend suitable solutions
Create and maintain a customer and prospect database
Upsell products and services; close sales and meet targets
Stay current on product updates and competitor offerings
Coordinate with suppliers and other Branches as required

Required Skills and Qualifications




Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Robust phone skills and customer service focus
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong listening and sales aptitude

Assets / Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move items up to 60 lbs
Forklift experience is an asset

Education
High school diploma or equivalent
