Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk/Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment in a rapid-paced warehouse environment. This role requires a robust commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality, ensuring that all products are picked and packed according to company standards.

I have outlined the expectations and guidelines for the position of Inventory Clerk/Order Picker

1) Knowledge of where all products are located from ground stock to overstock
2) Knowledge of our daily in town delivery routes
3) Ensuring all next day local orders are fully completed accurately
4) Truck route is completed in the morning and efficiently loaded by 8 am
5) Helping in consolidating freight to reduce overall costs
6) Having all orders out within a 48 hour period
7) Keeping bins fully stocked at all times
8) Review stock in warehouse with stock in computer system to ensure correct levels
9) Proper stock rotation.



There should be no short-dated products on our shelves
10) Short-dated product (3 months) should be relayed to the office so product can be sold immediately

12) Ensuring the order pickers are picking efficiently and accurately
13) Time Management
