Responsibilities
Own the development, maintenance, and evolution of reporting and analytics across SalesAct as the central point of contact for business intelligence, translating stakeholder needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insightsDesign, build, and maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards across SalesDevelop scalable data models and standardized metrics to ensure consistency across reportingPartner with Sales and leadership to gather business requirementsDeliver insights on pipeline health, conversion, forecasting, and revenue trendsWork with CRM systems (Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure data integrity and alignmentManage dashboard updates, enhancements, and small change requestsRequirements
2–5+ years experience in business intelligence, analytics, or revenue operationsStrong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX,



visualization best practices)Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics)Solid understanding of revenue metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, forecasting, ARR, churn)Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsStrong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyDetail-oriented with a focus on data quality and accuracyExperience in SaaS, automotive, or data-driven industriesExposure to SQL or data warehousing conceptsExperience with forecasting models or advanced analytics (e.G., pricing analysis, churn prediction)ATS Optimization Keywords
