Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, and cakes with precision and care
Decorate cakes and desserts using cake decorating techniques to enhance visual appeal
Follow food safety protocols to ensure all products are handled and stored properly
Assist in food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing, and assembling baked items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to uphold hygiene standards
Package baked goods efficiently for display or customer purchase while ensuring freshness




Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations when needed

Requirements
Prior experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food service setting is preferred
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen sanitation practices
Skills in cake decorating, food preparation, and general baking techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Solid communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
Experience with food packaging and presentation is a plus
Flexibility to work full time hours including weekends and early mornings as required
