Training Delivery Specialist (TDS)

Supporting the Halifax (YHZ) Airport, the Training Delivery Specialist (TDS) coordinates, schedules, administers, and monitors training programs for Screening Officers. This role ensures training compliance, maintains accurate records, supports trainers and managers, and contributes to the continuous improvement of training delivery and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule training programs, including Runway, SOF, HBS, and NPS-V.
Support employee development initiatives, including Performance Evaluations, Skills Assessments, coaching plans, and training audits.
Coordinate refresher training programs, including classroom, practical, and on-the-job training.
Maintain training materials, resources, and inventories, ensuring content remains current and accessible.
Ensure proper use of stakeholder's documentation, LMS data accuracy and manage payroll-related training inquiries.
Conduct quality assurance activities, audits,



and compliance reviews to support training standards.
Provide ongoing support to trainers and stakeholders, facilitate communication, deliver Train-the-Trainer updates, and track completion of training requirements.

Required Competencies
Solid organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to conduct audits, analyze data, and ensure compliance.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a rapid-paced setting.
