Our Service Technicians install, repair and maintenance many brands of water treatment systems across our district, working closely with their Service Coordinator. As the face of Kaschl’s Culligan, our technicians are expected to deliver excellent customer service and build strong qualified relationships. Qualifications:
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Works alone and as a team.
A class 5 or better driver's license.
Annual clean Driver's Abstract.
Annual RCMP Criminal record check.
Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs.
Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling.
Problem solving.
Follow instructions.
Pay attention to detail.
Critical thinking.
Job task planning and organizing.

Responsibilities:




Loading and unloading your vehicle.
Performing pre-trip vehicle inspections
Arranging payments from customers
Maintain company supplied tool kit
Vehicle inventory
Installations, filter changes.
Building equipment based on specs provided
Keeping work area clean
Relaying required inventory to Service Coordinator for ordering
Maintaining retail units, returned, refurbished units
Ability to diagnose over the phone and on site service issues
Ability to perform/ read water test to recommend equipment services needed
Ability to install equipment based on notes, pictures, specs provided
