We’re hiring a full-time Partnerships Associate to join our team.

We’re currently generating 100M+ organic views per month and working with major creators, celebrities, and streamers. You’ll work directly alongside our experienced partnerships team and learn how to find creators, reach out, negotiate, follow up, and help get deals signed.

You do not need previous partnerships experience. We will train you.

We’re looking for someone who is hungry, ambitious, extremely online, and wants to learn quickly. This is a very fast-paced environment and not like a typical workplace. Things move quickly, priorities change, and you’ll be expected to adapt, figure things out, and take initiative.

What You’ll Do

Find creators, streamers, and personalities across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Kick, and other platforms

Reach out to creators and managers, follow up, and help move conversations toward signed deals

Communicate with creators and their teams while keeping track of active opportunities





Learn directly from our partnerships team and gradually take on more responsibility

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a scroller. You naturally spend time on social media and know what creators, streamers, and personalities are relevant

You’re hungry, competitive, and genuinely want to become outstanding at what you do

You communicate well, follow up consistently, and can figure things out independently

You’re flexible with your hours, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and available full-time

No previous creator partnership experience is required.

We care much more about whether you understand the internet, learn quickly, and are willing to put in the work. We’ll teach you how creator partnerships work and train you to become extremely good at sourcing, communicating, negotiating, and closing deals.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 corporate environment. You’ll be working closely with a young, experienced team, moving quickly, talking with some of the biggest people on the internet, and getting exposure to opportunities you wouldn’t get in a normal workplace.
